Each experience at Selenite and Sound is intentionally curated to support deep rest, energetic renewal, nervous system restoration, and overall wellbeing through the restorative power of sound, vibration, resonance, and Reiki.

Whether experienced once a month or as part of an ongoing wellness practice, a single hour dedicated to rest can become a powerful reset point—a chance to reconnect with yourself, restore your energy, and return to daily life feeling more grounded, clear, and refreshed.
Offerings include immersive sound baths, vibrational healing sessions featuring crystal and metal singing bowls played both around and directly on the body, Reiki sessions, and remote Reiki and sound experiences. Whether you are seeking relaxation, stress relief, energetic balance, emotional grounding, or a peaceful opportunity to reset, experiences are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are.
Guests participating in group studio experiences enjoy elevated cushioned mattress spaces complete with soft linens, pillows, bolsters, and grounding comfort elements designed to encourage ease and relaxation throughout the session. Experiences conclude with a quiet integration period where guests may enjoy infused water, herbal tea, and light grounding refreshments thoughtfully offered to support gentle transition and restoration.
In addition to individual and small-group experiences, Selenite and Sound offers customized wellness experiences for couples, private groups, celebrations, retreats, bachelorette gatherings, corporate wellness programs, team-building events, and onsite experiences. Smaller groups may be hosted in the studio or at your location, while larger groups can be accommodated at client venues.

Signature Sound Bath Experience

An immersive small-group sound experience designed to support deep rest, energetic renewal, and nervous system reset through crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, grounding frequencies, natural sounds, and intuitive instrumentation.
Guests rest on cushioned mattress spaces complete with soft linens, pillows, and supportive comfort elements throughout the experience.
75-Minute Experience • $45
This includes approximately 60 minutes of immersive sound, with additional time intentionally reserved for arrival, grounding, and integration.

The Family Reset offers a private, immersive sound experience created to help families—and those you consider family—slow down, reconnect, and simply be together.
As you rest comfortably side by side, you'll be surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, grounding frequencies, natural sounds, and intuitive instrumentation, thoughtfully woven together to create a calming and restorative environment.
There is nothing to accomplish, nowhere to be, and nothing expected of you beyond simply arriving and allowing yourselves to receive.
Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, creating a new family tradition, reconnecting after a busy season, supporting one another through life's challenges, or simply choosing to spend intentional time together, The Family Reset offers a unique opportunity to create lasting memories through shared rest and presence.
Designed for up to five family members or those you consider family. Recommended for guests ages 8 and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian.

Distance Reiki Experiences
A personalized one-on-one distance Reiki experience designed to support energetic balance, deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system restoration from the comfort of your own space.
Each session is intuitively guided and may include grounding, guided relaxation, traditional Reiki techniques, and an optional oracle card pull. Sessions are intentionally created to provide a calm, supportive environment for rest, renewal, reflection, and energetic alignment.
Distance Reiki has been a recognized part of the Usui Reiki tradition for generations. Reiki practitioners are taught that Reiki is not limited by physical proximity, allowing sessions to be offered with intention whether the practitioner and recipient are together or in separate locations, down the street or across the globe.
Distance Reiki may be especially supportive for individuals who:
Maintain demanding schedules
Travel frequently
Prefer receiving support from home
Are unable to attend in-person sessions
Are navigating periods of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm
Are seeking continued energetic support between in-person experiences
Are on a personal or spiritual growth journey
Sessions are conducted live via Google Meet, allowing us to briefly connect before and after your Reiki session while you remain comfortably resting in your own space. You are welcome to have your camera on or off during the session, whatever you choose.
45-60 Minute Session • $88
A smartphone or computer with a camera and internet connection is recommended to participate in sessions conducted via Google Meet. However, upon special request, Reiki sessions may also be offered fully remotely without video connection for individuals who do not have access to the necessary technology or who prefer an off-camera experience.

Private Reiki & Sound Experience
A personalized one-on-one restorative experience designed to support energetic balance, deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system restoration through traditional Reiki practices, healing sounds, or a combination of both.
Sessions may incorporate Reiki, metal and crystal singing bowls, grounding frequencies, tuning forks, intuitive instrumentation, guided relaxation, and an optional intuitive oracle card pull. Each experience is customized to support your unique intentions, needs, and level of comfort.
Private sessions are intentionally created to provide a calm and supportive space for rest, renewal, reflection, and reset while encouraging the body's natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing.
Private sessions may be especially supportive for individuals who:
are experiencing stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue
are seeking deep relaxation and nervous system support
desire dedicated one-on-one attention and personalized care

Vibrational Healing Experience
Experience sound not only as something you hear, but as something you feel.
This deeply restorative one-on-one experience uses the therapeutic qualities of vibration, resonance, and intentional sound to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and overall wellbeing.
Crystal and metal singing bowls are thoughtfully played both around and directly on the body, allowing soothing vibrations to be experienced in a uniquely immersive way. The resonance created by the bowls may help release tension, encourage deep relaxation, promote body awareness, and support a sense of grounding and renewal.
Each session is intuitively guided and may incorporate a variety of sound healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and other restorative sound elements chosen to support your individual experience.
Unlike a traditional sound bath, this experience is highly personalized and interactive, allowing vibration and sound to be applied directly within your energetic and physical space.
Many clients describe these sessions as deeply calming, meditative, and restorative—often experiencing a profound sense of stillness, relaxation, and reconnection.
