The Intention

Selenite and Sound was created as a space for deep rest, nervous system restoration, and intentional connection through immersive sound baths, Reiki, and vibrational healing experiences.

What began as my personal path through energy work, Reiki, and sound healing, gradually evolved into a way of supporting others in slowing down, reconnecting, and allowing themselves to rest.

My path into sound and energy work began more than a decade ago through a deeply personal spiritual journey centered around presence, stillness, and intentional connection. During some of the most difficult and transformative seasons of my life, Reiki and sound became grounding practices that helped me reconnect with clarity, balance, and calm.

My journey with Reiki began in 2014 through the teachings and practices of Usui Reiki Ryoho. I have attained Shinpiden, Level III, Master/Teacher, through several Reiki Masters, most recently with the International House of Reiki and Frans Stiene. I have maintained a personal daily Reiki practice for over six years. Reiki remains a foundational part of both my personal and professional path and quietly supports the atmosphere and intention behind each experience offered through Selenite and Sound.

Sharing Reiki with others is both an honor and a privilege. Reiki itself is the healer — my role is simply to hold space, facilitate, and allow each individual to receive what supports their highest good.

Although I have worked with sound personally for more than five years, I only recently chose to pursue formal sound certifications as a way to deepen my understanding of sound, resonance, music theory, technique, and the body’s response to vibration.

I am certified in BLISSbowls™ Sound Healing Methods Levels 1–4 through Ann Martin and am currently in the process of certification as a Vibrational Sound Therapist through the Vibrational Sound Association.

Sound became more than something to hear — it became something to feel.

While group sound bath experiences have become the primary focus of Selenite and Sound, I also offer in-person and distance Reiki sessions, vibrational sound experiences, private sound bath experiences, and customized experiences for individuals, families, groups, and organizations.

Over the years, my collection of instruments has expanded to include crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, shell instruments, rain and water instruments, a crystal harp, a crystal pyramid, a Wayunki, and personally handcrafted ceremonial tools including my own buffalo drum and multiple chakapas. Many of the sounds incorporated into each experience are inspired by nature, rhythm, resonance, and the calming frequencies found within the natural world.

At Selenite and Sound, my intention is simple:
